Help with decisions on pc! SandyBridge-e bulid.

Current build:
MotherBoard intel socket 2011
CPU i7 3930K
RAM quad channel mem. 8-12 gb
GPU x fire 6870's or next gen gpu (if out then)
Cooler (CPU) Corsair H100
PSU C/Master M/Silcent ProM1000W Gold
Case C/Master HAF 912A USB3
plan on building end of November so i am hoping for the cpu's to be out by then, also, wonder if i should get sandy bridge and then upgrade to ivy bridge when it comes out. budget is 2k, i live in Australia though, so it is probs like 1.5k in us cause of pc components being cheaper, it is like $100 mark up usually :/
Also taking suggestions for SSD's and HDD's.
NOTE: Need the new build running Pentium d still :/
I plan on using the pc for:
Gaming (every blizzard game, CoD, BF and CS(all) and crysis)
Development of Apps of Android and iOS
Video encoding
EyeFintity
And a recording studio type thing (if that makes sense)
Suggestions would be much appreciated

There's nothing good about a Sandy-E for gaming. In fact they are having problems with the heat and wattage on those cpu's. Get a Sandy Bridge 1155 now, and if you want to upgrade then get a Ivy Bridge cpu later on seeing how the Ivy Bridge will be run on 1155 boards.

Cheers mate. will do that and probs will change the system to socket 1155, for the problems.
