Hello everyone,
Since the beginning of July, I've been getting the Blue Screen of Death with the DPC_Watchdog_Violation error. I've tried a lot of solutions myself, but nothing has fixed it, so I was hoping someone here could help.
Firstly, I need to say that I am NOT good with computers, and all of this is new to me, so I'd appreciate it if any help given is as explicit as possible. Secondly, I downloaded WhoCrashed, and that analysis told me that it the module ntoskrnl.exe was causing the crashes. The crashes only occur when I am watching videos (youtube, netflix, hulu) and with nothing else, if that makes any difference. I've uploaded the minidump with this post, as well as my laptop's specs. If anything else is needed from me, please let me know.
Thank you, everyone!

This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. This problem might also be caused because of overheating (thermal issue).
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.
