Question Help with DS3H AC-Y1

I have a Gigabyte DS3H AC-Y1 rev 1 on the latest firmware (F6) and I can't seem to get DIMM slots A2 and B2 to read ram when I insert. All the RAM is the same, meaning I bought a pack of Corsair Vengeance PRO 128gb ( 4x32) and when I insert them the PC won't boot.

You have 3 more BIOS updates pending. Which i7 do you have? Did you inspect the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins?

I have a Intel i7 Quad Core 3.30 GHz and I don't know the exact model and no pins are bent..... 3 more versions of Bios ? When I go to the site I installed the F6 version

that doesn't narrow it down, please mention the SKU to the processor.
