Help with ebay cancel orde of part

i ordered psu how ever i want to cancle it and get better one , so i sent message to the user , what happens next , if he accepts it how do i get my money back.

will my money be in bank or paypal.

If you paid using paypal, the money will be credited back to the paypal account you used Abdul.

Should be refunded same as payment, if they offer refunds it may depend on the seller, check the sales page for further info and the sellers info. If paid via Paypal and no response from seller, contact PayPal
