Help with Entire Build

Is the build I just did however when I finally started my computer up, only the top left of the motherboard is turning on and nothing else is. Additionally, my monitor isn't recognizing a signal even when I plug it into the motherboard or the gpu

Build looks good and compatible. Try this first http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems maybe it will help you to fix it by yourself.

The first thing is: DON'T PANIC!.
It's very, very easy to forget to plug in a cable or get one the wrong way round, particularly those tiny front panel reset/power switch ones, so run through each connection, checking it is secure and the right way round. And don't forget the CPU cooler cables!
