Help with "Err_Connection_Reset", "Dns Probe Finished Nxdomain" and more please!

First of all, hello to everyone.
I have come here making this topic, because I am really fustrated with my laptop, which is an Asus.
It was given to me about 1 year ago, and it worked fine, however, lately, about a month ago, that changed.
Browsing websites started going real slow (I use chrome), having to reload 4-5 times a webpage in order for it to open or completely load.
The solution I had in mind was, if I format the laptop, the problem will probably go away, as I thought it was a virus making things slow. So I did, I gave my laptop to my brother, who was the person that gave me the laptop and have formatted my computers in the past with good results always. However, this time it wasn't like that.
I started using it, but it was the same, having to reload webpages, and this time, getting errors such as "Err_Connection_Reset", "Dns Probe Finished Nxdomain", and another one which I don't remember.
I came to the forums and I saw about the updating drivers solution, I did it and nothing changed.
I am really hoping there is still hope for this laptop, so please, if anyone has a solution, do share :c

Open cmd
Type these in
Ipconfig /release
Ipconfig /renew
Ipconfig /flushdns

If this doesn't help, I would call your ISP because it is most likely a problem on their end

I did the cmd part, it wasn'tthe solution. However, I am calling my ISP later.
