Help with error codes on MSI Z97 PC Mate Mobo

I am getting the error codes
19 15
80 55
06 10

These are on a four digit display so I'm not sure whether they are meant to be as one or relatedness etc.
The list in manual reads:
19 Test stuck NMI bits. Verify NMI can be cleared.
15 Verify 8259 channel 1. Interrupts by turning off and on the interrupt lines.
80 (blank box)
55 (blank box)
06 reserved
10 Test DMA controller 1

Literally word for word apart from the empty boxes which were just blank.

Note after running for around 15 mins PC shut down.

I have reseated the RAM and the CMOS battery while unplugged.

However I'm not sure what these codes fully want me too do, any help is much appreciated.

My build
Intel i5 4460
Msi Z97 Pc mate
Mushkin black line ddr3 1600 RAM (note on the list it claims to be compatible)
EVGA 500B PSU
GPU is a Gigabyte r9 280

Removed the GPU, got FF 55
Removed GPU and RAM and got --EO (blank box in manual)
According to an EVGA website E0 or EO means "S3 resume is stared"
I have no idea...


What do I do?

That power requirement means almost nothing at POST (plus a multitude of other reasons that don't relate to this problem). The card would be running at 2D clocks with minimal power draw. Plus, when he took the GPU out, the error code should be "Missing VGA" or similar.

Bad motherboard, send it back.

Just to note this is the second Mobo as first one was replaced along with the PSU.
