[SOLVED] Help with Event Viewer Errors & Warnings

I have a lot of errors in event viewer and can't resolve then. This is really bothering because because of that my computer lags out of games and it's really frustating. I have all updates done and my pc is more than what the games require to run.

This error are just from this morning when I was playing Dota 2.
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 850W Full Modulal
Ram: 2x8 DDR4-3200
HDD:1Tb
SSD:450Gb

Try "sfc /scannow".

Before doing anything else, google the error codes and warnings. Look for some pattern or information that may correspond with other problems or issues occurring on your computer. Things that may become apparent as you research and read.

Overall objective being to narrow down the problem if possible. However the errors codes may be too generic so a broader solution set: i.e., sfc /scannow and dism would be a good starting point.

As always, ensure that all important data is backed up and verified to be recoverable and readable.

Yes I hve already did the "sfc /scannow". and "dism". and there are really nothing of much importance there and I have searched the error and there isn't a clear way to get them out I got to remove one and did nothing to fix my problem.

Look first and if not sure about something do not do anything. Make note of what you find and post accordingly.

Then, more generically, the next option is to take a look at the performance options:

In the "Type here to search" box type "Performance".

You should see an option "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows"

Try making some adjustments therein as applicable to your requirements and system.

Change only one thing at a time keep notes in case you need to undo/reverse some change.

As always, ensure that you have backed up and verified that all backups are recoverable and readable.
