Help with fan connections

Hello,

Total newb here in the middle of building his first PC.

I'm using the Aerocool DS 200 case and Asus Z97-A Mobo.

The Aerocool DS 200 comes with an inbuilt fan controller, a 120mm rear outtake fan and a 140mm front intake fan. I have also installed an extra 140mm intake fan above the front fan.

Should I install the two pre-installed fans to the fan connector? This is done via the molex connectors?

Then plug the extra intake fan into the mobo slot marked CHA_FAN?

The CHA_FAN connector has four pins, while the fan cable was only three slots???

Does your rear exhaust have a 4 pin connector??
What CPU cooler are you using??

You can plug 3pin fans into 4 pin connectors, just line up the grooves. A quick search on "using 3 pin fan connectors on 4 pins" will give you more info. Depending on the motherboard the fan may run on full though, some makes deal with fan speed control differently.
