Help with fan controller

Hey Everyone,

I just installed four noctua NF-A14s in my case, the Fractal Design Define XL R2, now unfortunately they're 4 pin, so I can't connect it to case fan controller. I instead connected them the motherboard, (Sabertooth Z87). Here comes my problem, I can't control them through the motherboard for some weird reason, they just run at full speed, and even though they're Noctuas, they're incredibly loud when at full speed. Is there any way I can control them?

I found the issue, turns out because I was running my fans from the built in fan controller before, I never actually did Thermal Tuning in the Thermal Radar, which as it turns out, is mandatory if you want to use Thermal Radar to control the chassis fans.
