Help with fan setup for Fractal Design Define R5.

Just bought some Noctua fans for my case; which of these setups is my best option?

Is there too much positive pressure in the picture with the top intake? I have a very dusty room and I heard that negative pressure is worse for dust build-up.

The 2nd one. Positive pressure is not a bad thing on a case with dust filters.
