Help with fan size

My wife has the Xclio case with the 250mm x2 fans in it. The one on the intake and one on the side. The fans are between $22-$26 each and here in the last 3 or 4 years i have had to buy 2 new fans every 8-10 months.

My question is, would the intake on the front and side be better if i bought 2 really good 120mm fans to put in each section or staying with the 250mm fan on the front and side would give better air flow?

I am sure i can come up with a redneck way to hook all the fans up, its just tired of having to drop $60 almost twice a year on cheap made 250mm fans, when i can drop $50-60 on 4 really good 120mm fans that wont burn as fast.

I would go for a couple of quality 120mm. They will be abit louder though.

They have GREAT CFM and in my opinion are pretty quiet. I'd recommend any of the Cougar Vortex line for performance/reliability/silence.

I'm running the 140mm version of that as side fans, had a little bit of break-in coil whine but that went away after a week or two ( about 40 hours use)

I wonder if i can squeeze 2 of the 140mm fans in the front since its a 250mm in there now. If the 120mm/140mm intake was good enough over the pricey non-durable Reflex 250mm fan the cougar is what i was gonna go with. Her machine stays on so the 300k hours is a plus also.

Thanks Rache i'm gonna grab the bracket + 4 or 5 of the cougar fans. I have to get 2 blue or red led ones though because "she likes them" She will just have to quit gaming for a day or 2 while i rig up those fans, i'll also grab one for the exhaust fan as well. Its just so hard to find 250mm fans that are well made and dont suck. Hell its even hard to find a company that makes them most stop at 200 or 240mm.
