Help with fans

I am buying the case for my new rig: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139008

And I wanted some help with what fans should be intake and which should be exhaust. It has the capacity to hold up to 10 fans so I was just wondering what is optimal to keep my system cooled to a good temp.

Replace all the fans with noctua nf-f12s and add to exuaust to the top

with out a fan controller the noise would be pretty bad ..

So just have exhaust at the top? I get that because of the Mobo and you would want the dust to be as far from that as possible but wouldn't having exhaust in the back or bottom be good as well?

Ill have to look into that fan controller, never heard of that.
