Help with fans

Hello, i need help with setting up fans in my case. My case can support 3 fans and my motherboard (MSI B350M Gaming Pro) has only 2 - 4 pin connectors, so one of fans has to be connected via 4 pin molex. My case can support fans on:
Bottom Front 120mm
Top Rear 90mm
Side (pointing into GPU) 140/120mm

Which should be intake and which should be exhaust, and which i need to connect to the motherboard and 4 pin molex? Thanks.

I'd suggest the front and side as intakes and the rear as an exhaust. Get a fan "Y" splitter cable and run the 2 intakes fans off of one fan header. As long as the are both either 3 pin or 4 pin - no problem. Note that the Y cable can be a 4 pin. It will accommodate pin fans, too.
