help with Faulty components?

So I decided to build a computer.... The computer switches on. I hear my fans.. and feel them. I just don't see anything on my monitor.. people say it's cause of my msi motherboard.. but i am not entireley sure.. any ideas?

i already went through most of your steps.

I went through all of your steps.. my pc just goes onto the black screen asking me to press f1.. i press it, and it shuts down the second i press it.
