I currently have a micro-atx build but ive chosen to swap out parts to be mini-itx (case, motherboard, psu and cpu cooler) but i don't know what bios and drivers i'll need to install for the motherboard.

My current build and then the parts i will be replacing with:

cpu - Ryzen 5 2600 with Noctua NH-L9a

motherboard - Gigabyte B450M DS3H replaced with Gigabyte B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI

gpu - MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1660 SUPER GAMING X

ram - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4 3200 MHz

storage - 512gb m.2 ssd & 1tb ssd

psu - Thermaltake Smart 600w replaced with Corsair SF450

case - Cooler Master MasterBox Q300L replaced with
Cooler Master MasterBox NR200P

You don't need BIOS update but may want to look for newer one that's still compatible with 2600 because it often contains some improvements and newer AGESA code.
I would suggest updating chipset drivers from https://www.amd.com/en/support as they contain 6-8 drivers for different chipset parts.
You may also need to update other drivers like for instance Sound and USB3.
