I have no idea what this plug is, and how to get it into my pc.

it doesn't connect to the xbox either, is there a piece I am missing? does this cord connect to another to connect to a usb or something? or did I just get duped and part of my card is gone?
Just to show you that is doesn't fit in the xbox either.
