My budget is $450 but I want to keep it as low as possible but still be able to get 60 fps on most games medium to high settings I'll be playing at 1366x768p any changes I should make? Feel free to max out my budget as long as its worth it
Note: I do have a
Compaq 6005 pro to take parts from as needed it doesn't have much besides a HDD.

Solution
your better off with and intel i3 haswell or skylake cpu and mb combo. with the intel mb you can drop in a faster cpu if needed the 6300 chip been dead for years and the newer zen chip wont be out for a bit. the cx power supply not a good unit and would replace it. look at the evga 600b/700b when there on sale or a rebranded seasonic like xfx. as your going to game save up a little more money for a newer 960ti or the newer 380 when there on sale. a lot of the 380 whe nthere on sale end up at 150.00 price points.

wiith the newer intel mn they have the m2 sata and faster sata controllers then your mb you picked out so when you add a ssd the boot time is 3-10 sec.
you should get a ATX motherboard, not micro, cause in the future you can use it for more features, such having 2 graphics cards run at the same time, more ram, more fan headers, more overall features.

i suggest this board

You will end up with $480 if you go with the 2 parts i suggested.

and if your willing to go abit over your budget you can get a better Graphics card like the GTX950

I say you go abit over your budget get that motherbaord and this 950.
