Hi! I want to get into PC gaming, but I would like some help. This is the parts that I am looking at right now: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8DL9Hx

(Windows 8 is just there as a price holder. When Windows 10 comes out here in Sweden, I'll probally just buy that instead).

Now, some requirements.

I want the GTX 970. I feel that it is unnecesary for me to start with PC gaming if I can't get high detail settings @ 1080p 60FPS. If I can't get that, I'll just stick with my Ps4.

I want a 4 core CPU. Not only that CPU's like the G3258 creates some bottlenecks on certain games, but I do actually use my current PC for light video editing.

I want a motherboard that I can (by software) control the case fans.

I want a aftermarket CPU cooler to make the CPU quieter and cooler than the stock cooler.

I want a SSD. It does not have to be the EVO 850. (I already have hard drives at home).

I want to make this PC a cheaper, and that is why I have come here.

Now, please give it your best to try and help me.

Solution
If you aren't going to overclock your CPU at all, then get the 4690 and save a few bucks. If that's the case, you could also drop the aftermarket cooler to save some more. The stuff you have picked out isn't bad at all, just depends where you buy it. The PSU can probably be downgraded a smidge as well to save a few more bucks if cheap is a concern.

Well, the 4690 is actually a little more expensive here. And I hate how much noise the stock cooler makes, so I'll just pick up the Hyper 212 EVO either way.
