Help with fps drop

i recently update 2 windows 10 and i found my fps in games dropped so i went back to win7 but i still have those same fps.

is there something i can do to fix this?

a8 6600k, gtx 750 ti all the nvidia things are off and its on high ultra midums settigns

It seems like you have a HHD. try to defrag it. When you put windows 10 on there, I bet that a lot of things got fragmented.

hhd can affect fps in open world games if it is very fragmented, especially minecraft and gta v, since the world is constantly loading as you move
