Help with fps issue on bf4!

hi ive been having fps issues with bf4, i have been dropping to 30fps!, most people who have my setup always stay at a 60fps. I have a ASUS gtx 770 and a fx 8320 at stock speeds. Also i dont wana overclock, what can the issue be?

Same problem as a previous poster, is your pc running other demanding games at good setting? your PC should be playing BF4 at full speed you're right, please provide more details, was this sudden or always like that? my best guess would be Tº, second best, PSU

well um i dont really got other demanding games most are in alpha, but i got black ops two and it runs at the max that it should, titanfall runs at 60fps locked, My psu is 750watt which is well more then enough i have a fx 8320. msig46-970 mobo, hyper 212, 8gb ballistix ram,wd blue 1tb,and 8 fans, my Graphics card temps on bf4 never have went over 80, and cpu never over 50

yes they are all pretty much the same thing like no joke
