Help with Fraps

I have Fraps and I was wondering if I could record video at 720p@30fps but play at 1080p@60fps. Please help me out, thanks.

kind of, you can set the video output to 30 fps and half size, should do the trick.

do you have an nvidia card? if so use shadowplay, MUCH better as it uses the GPU and not CPU so you dont get anywhere near as much slowdown.

Yeah I have a Nvidia Graphics Card, do I get ShowdowPlay for free?

yes, you should already have it if your drivers are up to date. go into Geforce Experience, you will see a tab called shadowplay at the top right, click on it.
