Help with Gaming Computer build

I really need help with building a $900* budget good graphics gaming keyboard. I want to be able run atleast 300-400 FPS on games like minecraft, CS:GO or Fallout 4. can anyone help me with this build? Its okay if prebuilt

you are not getting 300-400 FPS with fallout4 at 1080p with that budget, it's actually doubtful you would get that fps with any of the titles you mentioned for 700$. Also with that budget fallout4 won't be playable.

a basic i5 pc with OS and no monitor should put you around 650$ so if you already have a monitor that leaves you 250$ for a card, that gives you either a GTX 960 or a 380x. the EVGA 960 4gb version rocks and you would probably get around 40-50fps on fallout 4.
