Replaced the poor quality mobo and power supply with much better options, and got you a graphics card in an entirely different league to the 750Ti. Also, a tiny processor upgrade:

LOL I think the ram and the dvd drive are the only thing the same. You switched the hdd for a seagate (I myself don't care for seagate) and the case isn't the same.
