Hello there!

I wanted to ask if these components were strong enough to run next gen games with high fps without any lag and an enjoyable experience. I will play some games also in 4K.
I will always be doing Graphics Design with Affinity Photo and some Video editing as well. Feel free to suggest other components as well, as I don't really have much knowledge of iT stuff.

My budget is maximum 4.000 Euros.

Well still if it goes over 200 fps in games at maxed out graphics that's just amazing. I guess I will go with the R9 3950x then. Thank you. :)

If you are going to be doing video editing I would change to a Ryzen 3900X with 12c/24t over the 9700k 8c/8t. Here is what I came up with.

The 2TB SSD has higher endurance and speed which will aid in video editing. The 1TB SSD is near equal to the 970 EVO in terms of performance and will make a very good OS/Application drive. The Arctic II is a very good AIO and is quieter and better performant than the Corsair H100i. The WD Gold will have basically the same performance as the WD Black, it is just the Data Center drive with higher endurance and MTBF. Using Ryzen instead of Intel means that you can use a smaller PSU, but the quality and efficiency are equal. The case is a very good case and has sound dampening material to make the whole system quieter. Going 2x16GB ends up being cheaper and keeps more RAM slots open and it has better RAM timings than the 4x8GB.

Nice thank you for your messages. Yeah I'll be using the other storages and case you gave me. But I forgot to say that I won't be video editing that much, I'll be far more playing games. Apologies for not addressing this in my post. Would a Ryzen then still more worth it than an Intel-Core Processor?

The difference in gaming performance between the 3700X, 3800X, & 3900X vs the 9700K & 9900K is minimal unless the Intel CPUs are overclocked to 5GHz. However, the difference will be the Intels @ 5GHz do 250FPS at 1080p vs the Ryzens doing 230FPS at 1080p. Once the resolution is moved to 1440p or 4k then there is no difference in performance in gaming, but you are getting better performance in productivity work with the Ryzens. Also if you want to OC the Ryzens you can just use the Precision Boost Overdrive function which will increase your performance a bit and is basically Auto-Overclocking that you don't have to mess with.

Looks good, but if I were you i'd switch to an AMD ryzen 9 3900x or 3950x if that is in your budget. Just better all round cpu unlike intel which is ok but not a great multitasker imo.
