Question help with github on windows 10

I can't figure out how to properly install https://github.com/weespin/WillFromAfarDownloader
apparently I need to use visual studio to turn an sln file into a .exe but when i try clicking build solution i get errors and not really sure what happens. I'm very confused at all of this I just want to use this text to speech software. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give.

If you click on "+ 16 releases" on the right.
And under TLS Fix / Assets, download the Release.zip.
It has the .EXE file in it.

Note: I have NOT tested this .EXE file. It's up to you to determine if it's safe or not. I advise starting with a VirusTotal scan.
