Help with GPU and Build

First of all hello and thanks for reading and giving me some advice. So I am planning on upgrading my system,its almost 3 years old,but I had a small fire in the house and I am afraid some of the parts were affected. Ive decided its best to just update most of the parts and not worry about future problems.

So my current build is:

|RAM| 8GB DDR2-1066
|GPU| Gigabyte 9800gt 1gb GV-N98TOC-1GI
|HDD| Kingston SSDNow V Series 60GB SSD
|PSU| OCZ StealthXStream 600W (SXS-UN)
|CPU Cooler| Thermaltake Frio OCK
|Case| HAF 922 with all the 20 fans


I would keep the case,cpu cooler and ssd.


What I plan on buying:

|CPU| Intel Core i5-2500K
|Mobo| Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD4-B3
|RAM| Corsair Vengeance PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 8GB 2x4GB CL9
|PSU| Corsair HX850 850W Modular
|GPU| ???


So my main problem is I can't decide on what graphic card to get,as you can see the one I have is a little out dated and has had a little bit of trouble lately. I would like to use SLI/Crossfire,I plan on buying one graphic card and the buying another one later on.

Some info on my cpu use:
-I have two screens hooked up to my graphic card (22"samsung full hd and 17")
- I love to a lot of multimedia on the pc,watch a lot of fullhd movies.
-I also have a 2TB drive that I use for storage
- I have a multimedia Card Reader
- I like gaming: COD,NBA 2k11,Batman Arkham Asylum.

it depends on your budget,maybe a gtx 560 ti,you can later add another card,i purchased a gigabyte gtx560 ti and had too many problems with it,but there is other very good brands to look at,unless you want to go with ATI

I don't care of its ATI or Nvidia, I want the most bang for my buck and I want a graphic card that will last. I guess I would be willing to spend around 200 on the graphic card maybe more if its worth it.
