Help with GPU artifact

Hello, I have a GTX Titan, i7-6700k. Had no problems and then one day I turn my comp on and i see artifacting all over my screen and my resolution back at 800x 600. I reinstalled the gpu driver and got the resolution back to 2560 x 1440 but my compouter wont recognize the GTX Titan which prevents me from using my EVGA Precision program to lower my GPU clock speed because it says no supporting hardware detected. Is there anyway to fix this or should I just get a new GPU. I had the titan gpu when it first came out in 2013. I would like to fix this since it is such an expensive card. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

test it in another system to see if you could get the driver install for and if this is not working gpu need to be replace .
