Help with GPU

Hey guys, I'm building a PC on Cyberpower, but the problem is that I'm thinking that I'm in for a bottleneck with my GPU. Because I'm thinking in between an HD 7990 and a 780. I know the 7990 is the better value but for some reason it's saying I'm going to be getting more FPS with the 780. I'm thinking it's the CPU, (i7 4770k 3.5 GHz) It's saying that it's going to get over 20 more FPS than that of the 7990. (I'm overclocking the CPU to 4.3 GHz when I get it. So what's the problem guys?

Sli 780s is going to be one bad A rig. With that, you will be hard pressed to find a game you cant run on ultra. You can probably even run Planetside 2 Haha.
