Help with GPU

I am currently building my own computer for gaming and rendering videos and i have a question. Im looking to spend around $150.

To render videos faster would i need more processors in it or more VRAM one or two gb?
What card would you recommend

This is an awesome deal after the rebate and it comes with two games and 2gb of ram, so it will do great in video rendering

The 7850 is a really solid card for the $150 price range, but I'm sure there will be plenty of 7870s on sale for the same price when it comes Black Friday. Who knows, maybe you'll even see a 7950 for less than $200.
