Question help with gpu

Hello guys, i have question. I have 3770k with 1050 ti 1080p 60hz and i want to upgrade to 1660 or super, would it be a good pair or will it bottleneck badly on modern games. If it is a bad pair would you guys recommend me a gpu with this cpu

(can’t overclock my 3770k because of the motherboard)

Make and model of your PSU and it's age? If you have a reliably build PSU that can yet output 450W of power to the entire system, I'd pick the GTX1660 Super.

Ram: patriot 2x8gb 1600mhz
SSD/HDD: samsung evo 860 240gb, hdd dont know the name 500gb 5400rpm
GPU: gigabyte 1050 ti
PSU: dell 275w (want to upgrade this too)
OS: windows 10

This is prebuild dell optiplex 3010 that I buyed very cheap.
