Help with graphic card upgrade

Hi! I have an Alienware Aurora. My (NVIDIA Geforce GTX 295)
graphics card has been malfunctioning. I want to upgrade it. Based on my specs can anyone advise me on what graphics card would be a good choice. I don't want to go above $150 USD, Thanks.
