Help with graphics card choice

So ive already come up with my build for my new gaming rig and i posted it below, the only thing that i have not ordered is the graphics card, i was going to go with the one listed in my build, but i found one for cheaper called:

Sapphire DUAL-X AMD Radeon R9 270 OC 2GB GDDR5 2DVI/HDMI/DisplayPort PCI-Express Video Card w/ Boost

Is this a better or worse card than the one listed in my build?
i was also wondering if this card would be a good fit for my build, aka compatibility etc etc.

Very nice build and R9 270 performs worse than R9 270X. Your build will be fine with either card.
