Help with graphics card!!

So I have been searching for a while for a graphics card and cant seem to stick with one because of the price. My budget for the card would be around 200 and 250 if necessary. My problem is I really want 3gb of vram but cant find any cards that are in my budget or have great reviews (material, cooling, errors, etc.) So if anyone could please give me advice on what i should get that would be great! Im running a 1080p monitor at 60hz. Also, im looking to play demanding games such as BF4, GTA 5, Skyrim.

Get this R9 280x. It will give you much better performance than a GTX 960, and has 3gb of VRAM. Also, vapor X cooling is the best cooling solution on the market for AMD cards. However, if your power supply is not graded at 500 watts or higher, get this GTX 960, as it uses less power. The r9 285 and 380 (They are the same GPU) are also viable options, but the r9 280x will be more powerful. I would only recommend the 285.380 is your PSU is rated at 400-500 watts.
