Question Help with graphics card.

Hello, So I have a question. I have a A GTX 1080 in my system, Running An I7-4770K@3.50Ghz. with 32 gigs of Ram. on a Asus motherboard Maximus VI Hero.
So I was just wondering. if I want to increase my FPS. I do have to two Monitor, Philips BDM4065 (40 inch@ 3840x2160) Primary/ BenQEW3270U (32 inch@3840x2160) I like to game on the 40 inch, I can/t maintain at least 30 FPS.
So Here is My questions.
Do I

1. Buy Another GTX 1080 and run them in SLI (knowing that some game don't like SLI)?
2. Buy A GTX 1080TI?
3. Or Buy A RTX 2080TI?

look at some stuff on line can't get a good answer.

rtx 2080 TI is the best 4k 60 fps card. If I were you I would sell the 1080 and buy the 2080 ti. Also upgrade the CPU

Go for the THIRD option, RTX 2080Ti. It's a no-brainer.

4k is a GPU killer, the more money you spend on a GPU the higher chances you have of getting what you want.
Drop over $1000 on a 2080ti and you will get what you want
