Help with graphics cards bottlenecking!

Hi,
My friend has a amd fx 6100 6 core processor and 16 drr3 ram. I am planning to upgrade my graphics card however i am not sure which one to get. Any suggestions? (I am wanting to play all of the newest games without it bottlenecking!) Thanks!

More info would be helpful. Budget, and the make and model of the PSU(not just the advertised wattage)? The FX x1xx series cpus are not good gaming cpu's they have abysmal core performance, the phenoms before them had better core performance. An upgrade to a fx-6300 or 8320(assuming the motherboard supports it) would help increase gaming performance, along with a faster GPU.

Budget and country of purchase would definitely help. The R9 270 offers pretty compelling price to performance unless local prices are affected by bitecoin do dars. If a GTX 760 is cheaper than R9 270 then get that instead
