Help with gta v mods

i have currently instlled a trainer mod on my gta. i have tried running offline and it works fine.....
i dont want to use it online as i dont wanna get banned...so please tell me if i hav to un install the mod every time i want to run gta online?...or the mod simply wont work on gta online ??

You have to uninstall the mod every single time. If you forget, you get a 2 week ban.
