Help with gtx 580

Hi, i recently bought a gtx 580 from ebay, and i noticed there were two soldered parts missing on the back:

Will it still be able to work?

no because i need to get a new power supply to test, and i dont want to get one just to find out it dosent work :S

and they are really missed
I think you must try the card as soon as possible
