Help with gtx 750ti

Hey guys pretty knew to building, I just have a question about my gpu. Like I said I'm running a gtx 750 ti, my cpu is a6 5400k over clocked at 4.3ghz. Now I have not had a chance to play any real graphic intensive games with this gpu but I have ran smite and warframe on it. Now on those 2 games my gpu is only uses about 50-70 percent. My fps on warframe are from 50-60 max setting smite Im getting 35-45 fps max setting. Which kinda seems like a bottle neck. I just want to make sure I'm not bottle necking. I ran the valley benchmark test on ultra and my gpu was at about 99 the whole time cpu at around 70 percent load. That does not seem to be bottle necking sense the gpu is around 99. So am I bottle necking my gpu? Thanks for everything!

yes you are, dual cores really are obsolete for gaming nowadays especially for online games
