Help with H81-S2PV Main Board

Just build 2 x pc's with H81M-S2PV MB and both starts up and reset before the vga turns on, this loop just carry on until I unplug power. I unplugged all devices, but MB still not starting, installed i5 socket 1150 cpu with 4GB Ram

What I5 did you put into these? If it's a newer I5, you may need to find an older 1150 CPU and flash the bios to support the newer 1150 CPUs.
