Help With HARD DRIVE

Hi i did a Hard drive test and found the following errors can anyone let me know what they mean because my pc slowed down and started to freeze randomly also needed to reinstall windows like 3 times which took very long and each time wiped Hd completly.....

On a good HDD there must be zero re-allocated sectors raw value.

The items in yellow indicate that there are bad sectors. Replace this HDD and do not risk valuable data.

You can also run "HDTune" and verify.

Hi there rakesh1,

Sorry that you are facing some issues with your WD drive. 🙁 There are some bad sectors on it.
I would advise you to back up all the data stored on it until you sort this out.
Is the HDD under warranty? In case it is, you can just contact WD's Support and eventually RMA the drive.
