[SOLVED] Help with hard drive

Hello!
I cloned my ssd, and before clone ssd i copied all my documents, photos and videos to portable hard drive, and after i copied from portable drive to my old cloned ssd ( i formated it for data drive).
I copied all information, and figured, that i cannot open any documents, video or photos. i see all files and folders and true size, but cannot open.
Chddsk did not help, also tryed scannow and no results 🙁
I do not know when i corrupted files, when i copied to hard drive or when i cloned my ssd 🙁
please, how can get work all my files 🙁

Cloned, and copied....unsure of what you actually did.

A full clone from Drive 1 to Drive 2 is ALL of it.
Was the data not included in this?

Yeah hard to understand 😀

To be easier, now i have on laptop 2x M2 ssd.
One is data disc, all data i get from my previos cloned drive and some information thru portable drive.
When i inserted that M2 data disk to laptop, after some time i checked that i cannot open my files.
I cannot understand where is problem, when i copied from portable or from cloned drive.


Now i am trying to scan with EASY US DATA portable hard drive and second laptop from where i copied information, and i see easy us data shows, that information before i copied to M2 was working information.

Anyway, is it possible to get it work on my M2 sata drive, without easy us data all previous devices scanning? ))

I see files as usual, i see total full their size. but when opening picture- it shows blank screen or trying open video- it tryed to open and after - error- cannot rendering, trying opening pdf- something going wrong.

Possibility #1 - you don't have user access permissions to access those files. Then you have to take ownership to your files and assign access permissions.
Possibility #2 - your files are encrypted. Then you're screwed.

1- when i click right button- i did not see any ownership command.
2- if they are? which solution can be? :O

New config- formatted M2 ssd drive., i place in new laptop to use as data drive, but before it was system ssd on previous laptop.

Originally this M2 was in my oldest laptop, it have OS system. I cloned M2 with os system and partition to new hard drive SSD 3.5 size.
After i formatted M2 and put in my new laptop.
And i started copy information from my previous laptop thru portable hard drive.

and yes, for first time, when my M2 was inside new laptop, i cannot access some folders, i started with check disk and it found some errors and fix them, after i can get inside that folders, but still cannot open files.

If your files are displayed with lock icon or file names are in green color, then they are encrypted.

i can do everything with my files, i can rename . 🙁
and files looks like also not encrypted 🙁
only 1 working solution- is trying to restore files from portable hard drive or previous laptop,

same problem shows my different recovered programs.
Can recover video or photos, i see it full size, but i cannot open it.
I do not understand where problem happened 🙁
what i can do having not working video or photo? : ((

so many recover software - after recovering, they have same result. looks like.
when was first copy from original place to portable hard drive, i copied with errors or smth like that 🙁
i do not know why it happens.
because recover program perfectly finds all files to recover, but recover with same result 🙁((

Hello everyone, i have big problem!

I had 2.5 SSD drive, and thru USB adapter i copied all information to laptop.
All information about 400 gb is corrupted, i cannot open any files.
And the biggest problem, that 2.5 ssd after i copied files, i cloned to him windows and some file, i overwrite it.

So what i have, i have overwrited 2.5 ssd inserted in laptop and using as OS, before it was data disc.

And i have all corrupted information copied to laptop. All corrupted files- original sizes are saved. they looks like normal, but dont works 🙁

Is anyway to get my files work? 🙁( Can u suggest any software for deep scan that 2.5 size ssd , where now is OS and 2 partitions, but before was data, what i want to safe 🙁 ?
i can upload any video or photo, u will see what happened with my files.

Please, help.
