[SOLVED] Help with HDD Issue?

I bought a 12tb easystore and it reads fine through windows so I shucked it and was going to put it in the NAS I am making. (Note: it also works fine through my inateck dock on my windows pc) But when I put it in my NAS alongside a 500gb ssd and another 12tb it doesn't show up. It doesn't even seem to get power? I can't feel the disk spin at all. I thought it might be the cable so I tried swapping spots with the working 12tb and it still wouldn't show up.

I am running Debian on my NAS and it doesn't show up in the partition manager.

Could it be the motherboard or Debian? I can't exchange the drive either unfortunately.

You need to isolate the Power Disable pin (pin #3) of the SATA power connector. This feature was introduced a few years ago.

yea. I have the SSD connected with the OS on it. and 2x12tb easystores. One is recognized and the other is not. I tried using the cables from the recognized one and it didn't work still.
