It's the same, How would any heatsink be big for a mid tower? For sure it wont fit in a mini tower case but for a mid tower, nearly any heatsink can fit on it Unless, you got a fan on the side of your case but that with that case, it should be fine...

IDK what you read but from what i read and other people said, the CM212+ perform betterthan the Gaia, You can change the FAN anyway so why not get it? The CM212+ is at a low price and i would rather get it now than later because the Regular price is $49.99 and it's dropped $15 on BestBuy.COM, cheaper than Newegg.COM
