help with installing water cooler

im new to all this im getting the amd 9590 with water cooling kit and ASUS ROG Crosshair V Formula-Z motherboard i need help installing water cooler do i plug pump into cpu fan (do i go into bios and set to run constantly again not sure what to do) and do i use the fan splitter to connect both fans to cpu opt or is that not the right thing to do

What water cooler are you using?
The Pump should go to a fan header that runs at 100% all the time, as that is best for the pump itself.
The fans should go to the CPU header, unless it is a corsair "i" model, in which case they go to the waterblock, then the CPU header.

So youre using the bundled cooler, there should be an instruction manual when you open it up. But the pump should run on a fan header at 100%, and the fans on the CPU header.

so could i put one fan on cpu fan and the other on cpu opt and the pump on a cha fan ?

That would probably be the best option for you.
Another option is using a Y splitter and putting both fans onto the CPU header, but thats not necessary.

one last thing if i put pump on cha fan do i have to change anything in bios ....thanks for your help

You shouldnt have to, but you can always check.
