I've bought Kingston A2000 500GB m.2. I got the windows 10 iso from the media creation tool and I used rufus for making a bootable usb. I know that I need to unplug my hdd, and then put my m.2 in, what do I need to configure in BIOS? Is there anything important I should do? I know that I need to set the boot order, to first boot from usb, but is there anything else? Also should I format my usb to mbr or gpt?

Solution
The only thing you might need to do is get the USB up in the BIOS boot order.

And the MediaCreation tool direct from MS is preferred to make that USB.

Media creation tool instead of rufus?
