These are the parts that I had in store for getting but if anyone have any suggestions on better ones I could use than I'm for it from newegg. The other pieces are already taken care by the way.

You may be able to save some money by going with an H270 rather than Z270 mobo if you can find one with the specific features you were looking for. The Z supports overclocking K series chips which is why most people choose it. But if you need a certain number of ports or lanes, then that can be harder to find with H270.
