help with intel HD graphic driver.

Hi. i'm knew to the forum here. Seeing if i can get some help with this problem i'm having. I have an Asus Es1-571c7n9.
I cannot seem to find the graphic specific driver.
Currently running is the basic factory driver.
can someone maybe let me know what driver i need.
i've seen online its either a 4000 or 5500. neither driver worked.

Go to Asus support, find your laptop model, correct GPU driver should be in Downloads or Drivers page. You don't need to know which Intel GPU it is, correct driver is presented on Asus Support page according to your specific laptop model.

However, if you'd like to know the which Intel HD it is, you can look in Device Manager and expand the "Processor" details. It will show you the CPU model.
Look that up on Intel's website and it should tell you which Intel HD it has, though be aware that sometimes it isn't specified with some older Intel CPUs, it will just say "Intel HD".
