Help with ISP

First off i want to say I do not condone Torrenting

So I have downloaded a copy of a game through a torrent.Then my ISP sent an email to me saying to delete the game. It said the game name, and something about bit torrent.
I want to know since i uninstalled utorrent and still have a backup of the game, if i reinstall it, can they still track if i have it? Because I believe they were tracking it through utorrent but i don't know much about this.
