Help with issues with my frame rate when not pressing anything.

When i am not pressing any keyboard buttons or moving my mouse, my game drops to a constant 15fps compared to my regular 60. When i move my mouse or press something everything is back to normal.

Do you run two screens?

Its normal for that frame rate to drop when Tabbed out, or focused on another monitor.

I have two screens but it is focused on the game. I could test with my other screen disabled if you think it is necessary

Never mind i just reinstalled windows and everything is fixed. Glad i kept my games on a separate partition
